Pet Stain and Odor Removal
Urine deposited on carpet not only leaves a stain and odor but penetrates the fibers and contaminates both the backing of the carpet and the flooring material below the carpet. That’s why it can require specialized cleaning, well beyond just a simple cleaning and treating. The longer an incident goes untreated, the more likely the urine odor is to permeate deeper and deeper into floors. As the urine dries, the liquid evaporates but the urine crystals become even more concentrated and pungent.
Pets will often urinate continually in the same location. Simple cleaning will not remove this odor. Our combination of chemicals and technique removes many stains for which others charge an additional fee.
